Nature has given us invaluable gifts like earth, air, water and the Sun's rays. In ancient days people knew the importance of the Sun. They knew that day and night, and seasons like summer, winter,etc all occur due to the Sun. The life on earth is possible due to the Sun. While taking sunbath and after, certain care should be taken:
1. After sunrise and upto 9am, sunbath should be taken for half an hour.
2. Sunbath taken for curing diseases should be taken without clothing or if not possible, with minimum clothing.
3. Sunbath gives enrgy, increases appetite, causes blood purification and increses digestive power of lever.
4. Sunbath is useful to tuberculosis patients.
5. If one has eye problems, he should use dark yellow glasses while taking sunbath.
6. Sunbath increases immunity.
7. Sunbath should not be taken for long time.
8. Cover your head while taking sunbath.
9. Take bath with cold water after sunbath.

If it is believed that old age is a disease ,to some extent it can be avoided by conservating the energy in the body.If your health is good,the old age symptoms will not appear.

How to Delay the symptoms of ''OLDAGE".
"You should take birth from long lived parents", said one of the famous physiologist.This means ,you get long life through inheritance.However,we cannot choose our parents, this is solely in the hands of destiny.What we can do is, keep our body in healthy condition by following some easy health tips.
1. Do regular exercises.
Exercise and "Yoga-assanas",should be done under the guidance of a certified physical trainer.After learning properly,these assanas can be practised even at home.Assanas should be preferably done in the mornings with empty stomach.The entire nervous system of the body gets thorough exercise through assanas.For example nerves of stomach,shoulder,neck,hands,chin,thies,and all the parts of the body.During these exercises,the whole concentration of the mind should be towards exercise without any disturbances.
2. Maintaining good habits.
You should be attentive in each and every aspect of the body.Lazyness,untidyness,irregularity,etc habits tend to be harmful for the body and looses out energy.Regular physical work and mental exercise preserves the physical and mental energy for years.To avoid bad effects of aging,we have to follow certain rules.For example,we should eat to the extent we can easily digest,do not overfill your stomach.It is good for health to 'fast' atleast once in a week.On the day of fasting it is good to drink warm water in periodic intervals and not drinking excessively.Consumption of juicy fruits and milk on the day of fasting gives rest to the internal organs of the body.Do not rest in the noons,as it may result in weakness and reduce the life.One should have sound sleep of seven to eight hours in his schedule.
3. Massage.
Apply coconut oil regularly before one hour of bath to the face and give gentle massage on forehead,eyes,nose,cheeks,neck which will avoid wrinkles on face due to aging.Once in a week,apply coconut oil to entire body and give gental massage to all the parts of the body.While massaging it should be kept in mind that you massage the body in the direction towards heart from each part of the body.After massage ,leave a period of an hour and take bath with warm water.
Thus,health is the real wealth and it has to be maintained so that one can enjoy his life throughout.
